Nikita Nkosinathi Ntuma waMatane is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Isidima Collective. A non-profit company (NPC) that started as a civil society forum to advocate for the establishment of a Sex, Sexual and Gender Diverse / LGBTQIAP Directorate/ Helpdesk.

To achieve the full realisation of human rights of the Constituency within the Eastern and further. It’s vision is a reimagination of the lives of Sex, Sexual and Gender Diverse/ LGBTQIAP Constituency beyond the current acts of the theatres of the day that characterises their lives around self policing, shame, internal conflicts and the external threat to soul and deadly harm.
