Dr. Khanyisile Moyo

Lecturer in law at Ulster University, Transitional Justice Institute and an expert in human rights, gender, transitional justice and postcolonial theory.

She is the author of Postcolonial Transitional Justice: Zimbabwe and Beyond (Routledge, 2019) and co-editor of Gender in Human Rights and Transitional Justice (Palgrave Macmillan, 2018).

Her educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe (2001), an MA on the Theory and Practice of Human Rights from the University of Oslo (2203), an LLM in Public International Law from the University of Nottingham (2004) and a doctorate in law from Ulster University (2009).

She is a member of the Editorial Board of the State Practice and International Law Journal with an additional specialised responsibility of Book Review Editor.
