Co-founder and Executive Director of the Center for Research and Policy Development (CRPD), an independent, non-profit, and non-partisan social research, advocacy, learning, and capacity building organisation committed to promoting inclusive democratic governance in The Gambia.

Sait is also a lecturer in the Political Science Department at the University of The Gambia where he has been a faculty member since 2014 focusing on Gambian politics. His research interests cuts across democracy, human security, and transitional justice, migration, and natural resource governance.
